These terms describe how you may use files bought from PrivacyTemplate. They are a shop description, not legal advice. Have counsel review them before you rely on them.

License

Templates and videos are licensed for one organization's internal use. You may customize documents. You may play purchased awareness videos internally. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the files as products. Email us for multi-entity or consultancy use.

What the files are — and are not

Each file covers the topics listed on its product page. It does not inventory your systems, choose lawful bases, complete a DPIA, notify a regulator, or certify your program. Using a template does not “ensure compliance” and does not by itself avoid fines. Have qualified counsel review every document for your processing, tools, and jurisdictions before you use it.

Price, VAT, and payment confirmation

No VAT is charged because PrivacyTemplate uses the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR). Purchases are one-time payments; there is no subscription.

Stripe Checkout collects a billing address. After payment Stripe emails a payment confirmation. If you need an invoice, email contact@privacytemplate.com with that confirmation or the Checkout session ID. No VAT will be listed separately because the seller uses the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR).

Digital delivery and refunds

Paid files are available to download immediately after payment. There is no shop and no postal return. Once the download starts, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content normally ends. The 30-day money-back guarantee still applies as a voluntary shop promise: email us, keep the downloaded copy, and stop using the files if we refund the order. The license for those files ends with the refund. Re-open purchases from Account with a magic link.
