This page describes the shop's voluntary 30-day guarantee and how it relates to statutory consumer rights for digital content. It is not legal advice. Have counsel review it before you rely on it.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a paid file is not useful for your organization, email contact@privacytemplate.com within 30 days of purchase. Tell us the order email and the product. We will refund the amount you paid to the original payment method.

Every product is a digital file. There is no shop and nothing to post back. You keep the copy you downloaded. If we refund the order, the license ends and you must stop using those files.

Statutory withdrawal for digital content

EU/EEA consumers often have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right normally ends once performance starts. Starting the download is the point at which performance starts. Where a withdrawal right still applies, use the same email. There is no postal return and no premises.

The 30-day guarantee is a voluntary extra. It still applies after you download. Statutory rights that cannot be waived, including rights for a file that is not as described, are not limited by this page.

How to request a refund

Email contact@privacytemplate.com. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Terms describe the license that ends if we refund the order.
