PrivacyTemplate sells ready-to-use documents and MP4 awareness videos. You pay once, you keep the files, you use them internally. This is not a seat-based subscription platform.
Invoices, KOR, and several entities

- After payment Stripe emails a payment confirmation to the checkout address. If your finance team needs an invoice, email contact@privacytemplate.com with the payment confirmation or Checkout session ID. The invoice will show that no VAT was charged under the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR).
- VAT
- PrivacyTemplate uses the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR). No VAT is charged or shown separately. The listed price is the final price you pay. Businesses therefore cannot deduct VAT from this purchase.
- Several legal entities
- The standard license is one organization, for internal use. A parent and its subsidiaries are separate entities. Email us before you pay if you need a multi-entity or group license — one cart does not cover the group.
These answers appear again in the cart, before Stripe Checkout. If your finance team has a specific invoice format, email us after payment with the Stripe payment confirmation or Checkout session ID.

How buying works
- Choose a document or an awareness video. Product pages show sample pages or a watermarked video preview, format, and what you customize.
- Pay once via Stripe. Checkout collects a billing address. No VAT is charged under the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR). There is no subscription.
- Download immediately. Keep the success page or use Account with a magic link to the same email.

- Can a consultancy buy once and reuse for every client?
- The standard license is one organization, internal use. Redistributing the files as templates, or using one purchase across many client entities, is not allowed. Email contact@privacytemplate.com to discuss multi-entity or consultancy terms.
- Will I get an invoice?

- Yes. You may customize policies, forms, quizzes, and slides for your organization. You may not resell or republish them as templates.
- May we host a purchased video on the public internet?
- No. Play it internally (LMS, all-hands, onboarding). Public redistribution is not allowed.
- How do we get support?
- Email contact@privacytemplate.com. We are not a 24/7 desk; we answer about downloads, refunds, licensing, and invoices. Refunds: 30 days if the file is not useful for your organization. Files are digital, so nothing is posted back and there is no shop to visit.
